THB 200,000 to reserve, 35% at the contract less the reservation, then 20%, 20%, 15% and 10% as the building reaches its stages.
01Stage planner
The reservation holds the apartment. Within 20 days you sign the contract and pay 35% of the price, less the reservation. Then 20% when the foundation is complete, 20% when the structure is complete, 15% when the architectural works start and 10% at handover. Stages the site has already passed are paid with the contract; the offer lists exactly which.

02Ownership and what comes with it
Freehold in the foreign quota is an upgrade of THB 300,000; leasehold registration is the other route. The registration fee is 2% of the price for freehold and 1.1% for leasehold. We explain both and write the one you choose into the offer.
Every apartment comes with the kitchen counter and cabinets, hob, hood and sink, the bathroom fittings and a water heater; Type D adds a bathtub.
Furniture and appliances come as a package: sofa, beds, wardrobe, TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave and air-conditioning. A rental-ready package with linen, towels, kitchenware, a safe box and decor is a separate option.
